Canine Country Academy will strive to create as safe an environment as possible for the training of my dog and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible training and training instructions. However, to the extent that Canine Country Academy is insured for any unintentional or negligent errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions, Canine Country Academy will be responsible for any such acts or omissions, but only to the extent of such insurance. I have been told by Canine Country Academy and understand the inherent risks of owning a dog, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites to myself or others, and consequently, I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times, and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canine Country Academy of any claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by my dog. I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service.
TRAINING PROGRAM
The student understands that they and members of the household must follow their trainer’s instructions without modification, work with their dog daily as recommended, provide a consistent environment as instructed, and reinforce training being given to the dog. If at any time there is an issue with the plan, the client agrees to notify their trainer for review. Adjustments to the training program should only be made with the trainer. The more you invest in your training process, the stronger the results you’ll see!
CANCELLATIONS
You may change your reservation for a private session up to 48 hours before your lesson. The full session fee will apply for any changes with less than 48 hours notice.
NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS
An appointment will be considered a no-show if the client is not present within 10 minutes past our agreed-upon appointment time. No-show appointments will be charged at the full rate.
REFUNDS
Private training sessions and packages are refundable up to 48 hours before the first scheduled appointment. Private training appointments and packages are not refundable, in whole or in part, after this 48-hour window has passed.
