The North American Sport Dog Association (NASDA) is an organization that lets dogs be dogs through their nose.
All dogs have excellent sniffing abilities and this sport taps into those abilities by searching for rats, lost items (keys, hats, wallet, etc), and deer antlers. This activity can be great for dogs with experience in Barn Hunt, Scent Work, or other sniffy sports. It is also a great entry-level sniffy sport for dogs without prior training or experience.
In this 4-hour workshop, you will learn about each element (“class”), and your dog will get a paws-on experience searching for everything and preparing you for future trials.
