You can enter by:
- Fill out the online form and submit a PayPal or Venmo (@Paula-Nowak) payment (the fastest way).
- Fill out the ORT premium on paper and submit a PayPal or Venmo(@Paula-Nowak) payment.
- Fill out the ORT premium on paper and mail a check.
