Dog Trainer for Animal Acting
Katie started her professional training journey (with a few years of extensively training her dogs) shortly before her poodle, Alfredo, got his first acting role in 2019. Using positive reinforcement dog training, she’s worked with her dogs and cats on various complex behaviors desired for animal acting roles. Katie enjoys teaching other pet dog owners how to teach their dogs tricks, especially complex ones, and focusing on proofing behaviors for fluency.
Her knowledge of dog training continues to expand by being open to learning new things and continuing to be mentored by others.
